If you register as a Service Professional, we may also collect:

    • Professional details (Experience, certifications, driving licence)
    • Bank account details for settlement of earnings

(e)Payment Information

We do not store or access sensitive payment information such as:

    • Full debit/credit card numbers
    • CVV
    • UPI PIN
    • Passwords

All digital transactions are processed securely by authorised third-party payment gateway partners.

2. How We Use Your Information

    2. To verify your identity for KYC compliance
    3. To connect you with relevant Service Professionals or customers
    4. To process digital payments, verify transactions, and initiate refunds
    5. To send booking confirmations, service alerts, and platform updates
    6. To personalise and improve user experience
    7. To detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent activities
    8. To comply with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements
3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following cases:

    • With Service Professionals or Users: To facilitate service bookings and communication.
    • For Legal Reasons: When required by law, court order, or government authorities.

    • Complete transactions,
    • Facilitate refunds or payment reconciliation (NEW),
    • Comply with legal, tax, and audit obligations.

After retention periods, data is securely deleted.
