Account Deletion Instructions 

You can delete your OneServ account at any time. Please review the details below before proceeding. 

Before You Delete (What to Know) 

Before you submit a deletion request, keep the following in mind: 

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. 

• You will lose access to all past bookings, invoices, and service history. 

• If you have an active booking or a pending transaction, you will not be able to delete your account until those items are resolved.

   

Delete Your Account from the App 

You can delete your account directly from the OneServ app: 

1. Open the app and sign in. 
2. Go to Profile.
3.  Select Delete Account. 
4. Confirm the deletion request. 

After confirmation, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems. 

If You Cannot Access the delete option from the App 

If you’re unable to access the delete option from the app, you can request manual deletion through our support team.

Please include: 

• Registered name 

• Registered email 

• Phone number (if applicable)

   

Deletion Timeline 

• Account deletion is completed within 3 to 4 business days. 

• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
   

What Gets Deleted 

The following information will be permanently removed: 

• Profile details 

• Login and authentication data 

• Personal information used within the app 

• Any account-linked data stored on our servers

   

Data That May Be Retained (If Legally Required) 

certain information related to transactions, payments, or activities carried out on the platform may be retained as required by applicable laws or regulatory guidelines. Any data that is retained will be stored securely and will not be used for any purpose other than compliance.
